Terms of Service

By accessing or using elearning.vet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a practice or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

elearning.vet provides veterinary continuing professional development ("CPD") content, including live and recorded webinars, structured courses, articles and podcasts, along with tools to track completion and CPD hours against your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

The Free tier is available at no cost. Paid tiers (including role-specific tiers such as Vet, Nurse/Tech, Equine, Leadership & Management, and Practice Admin) will be billed according to the pricing and billing frequency presented at signup. We may change tier pricing or features going forward; material changes to a tier you're subscribed to will be communicated in advance.

Completion certificates issued through the Service record the content completed, the date, and the CPD hours associated with that content. It is your responsibility to confirm with your relevant regulatory or professional body that content completed through the Service satisfies their specific CPD requirements. elearning.vet does not guarantee that any certificate will be accepted by a particular regulator, licensing board, or employer.

All webinars, courses, articles, podcasts and other materials made available through the Service are owned by elearning.vet or our speakers and licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may access this content for your own personal professional development. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or access with others
• Record, download, or redistribute paid content without permission
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or misrepresent yourself as another professional
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security

Content on the Service may be created or presented by independent speakers, and some content areas may be supported by commercial sponsors. Views expressed by speakers are their own. Sponsorship of content does not constitute our endorsement of a sponsor's products, and editorial content is not influenced by sponsors except where clearly disclosed.

The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content is intended for professional development purposes and is not a substitute for your own clinical judgement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is free from inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, elearning.vet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on content for clinical or professional decisions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation terms for paid tiers will be set out at the point of purchase.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
